Application
The Project has a valuable practical contribution as it will develop an IT solution (a mobile application) that will support the managerial decision-making of female entrepreneurs. It is widely acknowledged that female entrepreneurs lack previous work, entrepreneurial and managerial experience and that all of this can prevent them from achieving their business goals.
That is why we will offer them a solution that can partly compensate for the lack of personal experience and education in management, with the experience of a large number of female colleagues in the industry; experience that is recorded, analyzed, and systematized in a scientifically-based manner.
For the first time, we will develop an IT solution contextualized to Serbian female entrepreneurs from the manufacturing sector. This IT solution will support female entrepreneurs in making day-to-day and strategic management decisions with a simple user-friendly and free-to-download application that will be created to include industry-needed content and preferable layout and functionalities.
